
Logistics Customer Service Representative

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative who will be the main liaison for clients, ensuring logistics processes are handled smoothly, accurately, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is attentive to detail, dedicated to customer satisfaction, and experienced in managing shipment tracking, delivery oversight, and issue resolution.
- Serve as the primary link between clients and operations, providing regular updates on shipment progress, delivery timelines, and necessary documentation.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with internal departments like warehousing, trucking, dispatch, and billing to ensure efficient logistics processes.
- Track shipments from origin to destination, proactively managing any delays or problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep the Customer Order Tracking System current and generate status reports on a daily or weekly basis.
- Verify and process delivery receipts, waybills, invoices, and other relevant documents.
- Assist in account management and customer retention by delivering excellent service
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally within logistics, courier services, or supply chain sectors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable about logistics tracking systems or CRM software.
- Flexible to work shifts or weekends as needed to support operational demands.
