Your Day to Day:

  • Leading and supporting your team during service, ensuring consistency and quality at every touchpoint
  • Managing the delivery of food and beverage to guests in line with venue standards
  • Overseeing daily cash-up and reconciliation when required
  • Championing venue and company goals, values, and standards
  • Ensuring staff follow policies and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Communicating effectively across departments to keep everything running smoothly
  • Maintaining compliance with all legal and licensing requirements
  • Monitoring venue budgets and managing cost of goods sold (COGS)
  • Maintaining cocktail specs and consistency, and ensuring menus are accurate and stock is available
  • Building strong relationships with guests
  • Contributing actively to a supportive, respectful, and driven team culture
  • Stepping in where needed to help deliver a seamless, high-performing venue operation

Qualification:

  • With 5 years experience as Bar Manager.
  • Tesda NC2 Bartending is Advantage or any related course
  • Willing to work abroad (Australia)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php2,600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • NC 2 Bartending (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Preferred)
