Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bar Utility / Housekeeping Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of our bar area and housekeeping facilities, contributing to a safe and inviting environment for both staff and guests.

Utility / Housekeeping staff include several sub-categories with overlapping general responsibilities and unique specialty duties depending on their assigned role. All utility staff must first be trained and familiar with the general responsibilities of sanitation, area maintenance, and support, while additional responsibilities are assigned depending on operational needs.They are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of all public and operational areas of the club. This includes restrooms, floor surfaces, back-of-house spaces, and utility rooms. They also assist with sanitation, minor support tasks, and ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards set by management.

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.

Assist with restocking bar supplies and inventory management.

Ensure all areas meet health and safety standards.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in housekeeping or bar support is preferred but not required.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Good communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Positive attitude and team player.
