Deployment: Neon Nights Corporation (Will be assigned in any 3 branches under Neon Nights Corporation)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and professional Marshal/Bouncer to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for our patrons and staff. This position is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the bar and upholding our commitment to a positive experience for everyone.

Responsibilities:

• Security:

• Enforce all local liquor laws and bar policies.

• Prevent and deter any disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
• Monitor the premises for any suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to any incidents and maintain order.
• Verify identification and manage access to the bar.
• Handle potentially aggressive or intoxicated patrons in a calm and controlled manner.
• Patrol the bar area and parking lot to maintain security.

• Customer Service:

• Greet patrons in a friendly and professional manner.

• Provide clear and concise directions to patrons.
• Assist with any issues or concerns patrons may have in a helpful manner.

• Compliance:

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• Document any incidents or violations.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Understand and follow all local ordinances and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a bouncer, security guard, or in a similar role is preferred.

• Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
• Physical fitness and strength.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations.
