Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Compensation team and HR leaders in the evaluation of compensation services, including job evaluations, salary planning, and administration of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs).
  • Analyze and resolve compensation-related issues, ensuring accurate and timely processing of adjustments per CBA and policy.
  • Assist in administering employee compensation programs, including interim, retention, and bonus payments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain compensation structures and salary ranges.
  • Provide support for salary planning, job evaluations, and market analysis to ensure competitiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience with Microsoft Excel and data management in a global shared service environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Open to work in a NIGHT SHIFT schedule

Preferred:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas for analysis.
  • Experience with HR systems, particularly compensation management tools.
  • Familiarity with compensation concepts (e.g., pay structures, salary ranges) and quantitative analysis.
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills (e.g., PayFactors).
