Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a team of highly competent DMs, AMs and Trainers delivering the best of training experiences to the Account(s).
  • Drive Training efficiency and effectiveness for the Account(s), through the Training Metrics.
  • Plan, execute and monitor all training & development interventions for new hires and existing staff to enhance operational excellence.
  • Work with all stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive training related change management and compliance programs for the Account(s).
  • Lead content management and instructional design with the latest technology and practices to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Drive ROI for the learning investment in people and value delivered to business.
  • Be the ambassador for latest & innovative practices and technology and implement the best practices for the Account(s).
  • Govern and maintain compliance requirements as per training standards.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 5 yrs. experience in the Training function, should have a sound understanding of the training function.
  • Experience in the P&C Insurance domain, preferably Claims or Sales / Service (plus).
  • Experience in training automation/digitalization.
  • Skills / V&A Training experience will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge &/or experience of Six Sigma, Agile methodology & able to demonstrate a digital mindset.
  • Strong time management skills and proficiency in MS office.
  • Strong work ethic with a will-to-win attitude, demonstrates personal excellence, lives the growth mindset and adapts to Values.
  • Ability to work through unstructured problems, shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity and rapid changes.
