Marketing and Sales Administrator

Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing and Sales Administrator, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare, update, and organize sales and marketing materials such as presentations, reports, and collateral
  • Assist in managing and tracking marketing campaigns, including content updates and performance reporting
  • Support event coordination, logistics, and post-event follow-up activities
  • Maintain and update databases, CRM platforms, and contact lists
  • Monitor and follow up on sales-related tasks and deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive marketing and sales initiatives
  • Contribute to digital marketing activities such as email campaigns and social media coordination
  • Participate in project management activities to help ensure timelines and deliverables are met

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Open to fresh graduates with the passion to learn, or experienced professionals ready to contribute right away
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to grow within the role
  • A strong communicator with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Flexible and adaptable — you'll primarily work from home, with occasional onsite collaboration in Pampanga or Taguig when needed.
