What you will do:The position is responsible for providing leadership to the Legal Corporate Services team in all matters assigned by the Director for Legal and Compliance, as the case may be, to meet the requirements and to ensure that Suntrust and its subsidiaries are properly advised and protected from significant legal exposure. Assist with the structuring of complex and high value transactions based on a holistic legal review. Draft, redline, review and negotiate complex terms and agreements with vendors and partners.

Identify contractual risks and suggest alternatives that lead to optimal solutions. Integrate legal, business, technical and practical analysis when reviewing contracts and agreements. Provide legal advice and guidance in matters concerning legal developments and other relevant legal information to achieve the desired results toward meeting Suntrust's objectives.

Interprets and applies laws, rules and regulations to actual situations affecting the interests of the company. Assist with special projects, as assigned. What we need:Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Juris Doctor (J.D.)At least five (5) years of relevant work experience as a licensed legal professionalUpdated MCLE and in good standing with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP)Experience in a managerial role, with supervision over a team, Highly computer literateSubmit your application on the link
