Job Description:

  • Assist in the preparation, submission, and monitoring of all required permits and licenses for company projects and operations.
  • Ensure timely renewal and updating of all permits and licenses to maintain full regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and internal departments to gather, organize, and complete necessary application requirements.
  • Maintain an organized tracking system and database for all regulatory documents, deadlines, and renewals.
  • Support compliance checks, audits, and inspections related to permits and licenses.
  • Stay updated on relevant regulatory and permitting requirements in the Philippines.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • At least knowledgeable in government permitting processes and regulatory requirements in the Philippines.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Graduate of any Business-related course, Political Science, Legal Management, Economics, or Law.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge or internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can start as soon as possible.
