About the role

We are seeking an experienced Loans Management System Head to oversee the management and implementation of our bank's loan processing systems. In this critical full-time role based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our loan operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and maintain the bank's loan processing systems, ensuring they remain up-to-date and optimised for maximum efficiency

  • Oversee the development, implementation and testing of new loan management system features and upgrades

  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements or automation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience and streamline loan application and approval workflows

  • Provide training and support to internal staff on the use of loan management systems

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and industry standards

  • Supervise and mentor a team of system administrators and developers

What we're looking for

  • Substantial experience (20+ years) in a similar loans management system role, ideally within the banking or financial services industry

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimising complex loan processing systems

  • Excellent understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements and industry best practices

  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously

  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams

  • Proficient in relevant technologies, including loan management software, databases, and IT infrastructure

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
