Job Role: Senior Mortgage Broker Assistant

The Senior Mortgage Broker Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting mortgage brokers by handling end-to-end loan processing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong mortgage broking experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously.

You will be responsible for assisting brokers with loan application preparation, submission, and follow-up, collecting, verifying, and managing required documentation from clients, liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure timely loan processing, tracking loan applications through to settlement, providing updates to all stakeholders, and maintaining client records accurately in CRM systems.

In addition, you will provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally, stay up to date with lender policies, products, and industry changes, and support the brokers with any administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
