Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Care Specialist based in Makati, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective customer support and communication. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and providing feedback to improve services.
