Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Care Specialist based in Makati, with flexibility for some remote work. The Customer Care Specialist will focus on providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include addressing client concerns, analyzing customer feedback to improve services, and maintaining clear and empathetic communication to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Support
- Strong Communication skills for addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Analytical Skills for interpreting feedback and improving service processes
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment
- Prior experience in client-facing or customer support roles is a plus
- Familiarity with technology or telecommunications industries is advantageous
