Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Quezon City for a Customer Care Executive. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence. Key tasks include handling inquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining customer records, and effectively communicating with clients to build strong relationships. Additionally, the role involves assisting in sales processes and contributing to team goals.

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Relevant experience in a customer care or support role
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is beneficial
