Kreatex Digital is a next-generation creative and technology studio that partners with global brands to deliver world-class design, 3D animation, UX/UI, web development, and AI-driven digital experiences.

We are looking for a Creative Lead to help shape our creative vision and elevate the quality of our work as we scale.

The Role

As our Creative Lead, you'll be responsible for setting the creative direction, developing concepts, and guiding a talented team of designers, animators, and developers to produce outstanding work.

You'll be hands-on in your craft while mentoring the team, ensuring every project meets world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative concept development for branding, UX/UI, animation, and marketing projects.
  • Provide hands-on creative direction and feedback to designers, animators, and multimedia specialists.
  • Ensure all outputs meet high visual and storytelling standards.
  • Collaborate with the Program Lead to deliver projects on time and on brief.
  • Stay updated on design, animation, and digital trends to keep pushing creative boundaries.
  • Present creative concepts to clients and support pitches when needed.
  • Mentor the creative team and help define clear creative processes and standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a senior creative role (Senior Designer, Art Director, Motion Designer, or Creative Lead).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, UX/UI, animation/motion, or campaign creative.
  • Proven ability to lead creative direction and manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced agency/startup environments.
  • Bonus: Experience with 3D, immersive design, or emerging technologies is a plus.
