Iron Mountain is seeking a
skilled Reports and Data Analyst
to join our
Business Intelligence
team.

In this role, you will be responsible for
transforming complex operational, financial, and customer data into clear, actionable business intelligence to drive strategic decision-making across the organization
. This team is the engine of data insights at Iron Mountain, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to provide the reliable metrics and analysis necessary for continuous performance improvement.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you will:

  • Design and Deliver Critical Insights:
    Build, maintain, and automate recurring and
    ad hoc
    reports, as well as create interactive
    dashboards
    and data visualizations using business intelligence (BI) tools to monitor key performance indicators (
    KPIs
    ) and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate and Advise Stakeholders:
    Partner with
    cross-functional teams
    such as
    Customer Excellence
    ,
    Finance
    ,
    Sales
    , and
    Operations
    to deeply understand their data needs, analyze trends and anomalies, and translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure Data Integrity and Governance:
    Validate and clean datasets using
    Structured Query Language (SQL)
    to ensure the
    accuracy
    ,
    consistency
    , and
    reliability
    of all reporting outputs, while also supporting the maintenance of data sources and documentation.

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Two to four
    years of experience in
    reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis roles
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Microsoft Excel
    (including advanced functions and macros) and one or more
    business intelligence/reporting tools
    (e.g.,
    Power BI
    ,
    Tableau
    ,
    Looker
    ).
  • Proven ability in
    analytical thinking
    and
    problem-solving
    , with excellent
    communication skills
    to present complex data findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree
    in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Finance, Mathematics, or Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
