Director / Senior Manager, Data Operations & Reporting Delivery

Work Setup: Global / Hybrid (HQ: Philippines)

Schedule: Night Shift

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced leader in data operations and reporting delivery. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end reporting workflows, ensuring accuracy of analytical outputs, and driving timely delivery of insights for global stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities, excellent process discipline, and experience managing remote teams.


Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee recurring monthly and quarterly reporting requirements and ad hoc analysis.

• Manage data workflows, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across the team.

• Review and validate data outputs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.

• Guide analysts in transforming data into insights, visualizations, and clear narratives.

• Improve processes, quality standards, documentation, and reporting frameworks.

• Coordinate with product, analytics, sales, customer success, and executive leaders.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable improvements.

• Monitor team workloads, forecast capacity, and support recruitment and onboarding.


Qualifications:


• 5–10 years of experience in data operations, analytics, reporting delivery, or business intelligence.

• Strong understanding of data validation, modeling, interpretation, and applied statistics.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, Excel, Office 365, and Google Workspace.

• Experience using project management tools (Trello, Asana, ).

• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work with cross-functional, remote teams.

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
