About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Analyst with a strong technical and development background to bridge business needs with technical solutions. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design system workflows, support critical applications, and serve as a subject-matter expert for assigned platforms and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Create technical flow diagrams, system process maps, UI mockups, and wireframes to support solution design.
  • Utilize wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe XD) for visual and functional representations.
  • Provide application support, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain REST API integrations across systems.
  • Work with MongoDB, Oracle PL/SQL, MS SQL, or other RDBMS databases for data modeling, scripting, and queries.
  • Engage in cloud-based activities using platforms such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, or Oracle Cloud.
  • Serve as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for assigned applications, offering guidance to development and support teams.
  • Collaborate with engineers using modern development technologies (.NET, Java, React, Angular, etc.) to ensure alignment of requirements and solution design.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in development or system engineering.
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation, including requirements, diagrams, and mockups.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, and backend structures.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Oracle, MS SQL, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Alibaba, Oracle Cloud).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple project streams.
  • Previous experience as a Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role is an advantage

Working Arrangement:

  • Once onsite per week
  • Makati
  • Regular working hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
