Job Title: Business Analyst

Reports to: Chief Technology Officer

Department: Development

Summary of Position

Business Analyst

Analyzes how well software, hardware and the wider IT systems fit the business needs of their employer or of a client. They write requirements for new systems and may also help implement them and monitor their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the requirements gathering of the project by collaborating with stakeholders including end-users, managers and IT Teams.
  • Analyzes business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Programmers, Developers and technical teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Participate in the design and development of software applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Participant in test plans, scenarios and test cases to ensure the developed system meets functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Assist Chief Technology Officer in preparing detailed documentation including user manuals, system specifications, and technical documentation for future reference.
  • Producing specifications and providing training for new or modified systems.
  • Provide end-user training for the completed projects and products.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
  • 3-5 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer – Software Management/Development.
  • Required basic know-how: Php, MySQL, Linux, Laravel Framework.
  • Excellent skills in Agile Development, IT Project Management.
  • Have Project Management training is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
