About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Application Product Analyst to support business and customer outcomes across multiple platforms. In this role, you will oversee and drive the technical aspects of products and initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery. You will also provide expert technical guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Configuration & Technical Delivery

  • Configure insurance products across Aon business platforms, including risk codes, eLink, Webforms, and Oracle BI Publisher templates.
  • Conduct data analysis, field mapping, and create data mapping/layout artifacts.
  • Participate in deployments for new product enhancements and additions.
  • Identify, document, and manage platform defects in JIRA.
  • Contribute to reducing technical debt and improving system performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Documentation

  • Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Prepare and review testing documentation, particularly test scripts, following standard testing best practices.
  • Provide application support to ensure systems meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in cross-functional projects across the APAC region.

  • Maintain ongoing knowledge development in applications, platforms, and business processes.
  • Promote a continuous improvement mindset within and across teams.

Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills

  • Strong experience with Oracle BI Publisher (required)
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL / PL/SQL (required)
  • Familiarity with querying relational databases using SQL
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience working with ledger-based accounting systems and basic bookkeeping concepts (advantage)

Working Arrangement:

  • Once onsite in Makati
  • Regular working hours.

Job Type: Full-time
