About the role:

As the Data and Systems Analyst you are responsible for driving efficiency and operational clarity across the organization. This role is a hybrid of a data analyst and a systems support specialist. You will be key to managing data integrity, streamlining reporting from enterprise systems, and translating business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • GSuite Solution Development: Design, develop, and maintain GSuite-based tools, dashboards and reports to enhance operational accuracy and visibility.
  • Process Automation: Automate repetitive data handling and reporting tasks in Google Sheets using advanced formulas, query functions, and Google Apps Script.
  • Data Management & Integration: Support various projects by cleaning, consolidating, and validating datasets sourced from multiple enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Bizbox, internal trackers).
  • Technical Translation: Collaborate with business analysts to translate complex operational needs and reporting requirements into clear, effective technical solutions.
  • System Support (BAU): Provide technical support for ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) initiatives, including contract monitoring, customer master data management, and HR tracking systems.
  • Migration Support: Prepare clean, well-structured datasets to assist in future platform or system migration efforts.
  • Analytical & Troubleshooting: Possesses a strong analytical mindset and proven ability to troubleshoot complex data and system issues.
  • Communication: Clear, concise communication skills for collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Data Sciences, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 1–2+ years of relevant professional experience in a data analysis, systems support, or business intelligence role.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel Skills and knowledge
  • Technical Reporting: Proven experience in the creation of technical reports, income reports, and interactive dashboards.
  • Programming & Scripting: Familiarity with JavaScript (especially for Apps Script) and SQL. Basic ability to read or modify simple scripts in these or similar languages (e.g., Python).
  • Domain Knowledge (A Plus): Prior experience or understanding of SAP data flow concepts and/or experience with specific internal trackers like Bizbox is highly advantageous.
  • Work Location: Willingness to travel to or work in Pasig.

Job Type: Full-time
