About the role

The Import/Export Documentation Officer is responsible for preparing, processing, and managing shipping documents to ensure smooth clearance and delivery of cargo. The officer will be assigned either to Import or Export operations, depending on business needs. All documentation, communication, and tracking must be handled accurately and efficiently through CargoWise.

What you will be doing

  • Accurately input, update, and track shipment details in CargoWise.
  • Communicate with clients regarding documentation requirements and shipment status.
  • Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and government agencies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for compliance and audits.
  • Ensure adherence to customs, trade, and company policies.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in import or export documentation in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Proficiency in CargoWise is a plus points.
  • Knowledge of customs procedures, international trade regulations, and shipping processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
