More than just a reseller and distributor of Apple products, Mapple Philippines Inc. provides after sale repair and maintenance services for Apple products.

  1. Importation

· Soft copy compilation and checking of documents related to importation (e.g., Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Delivery notes, Airway Bill, Bill of Lading, Temporary Assessment Notice, Single Administrative Document, Final Assessment Notice.

· Hard copy compilation of importation related documents on preparation for Customs Audit

· Prepare commercial invoices, waybill and other related documents that are needed for international remittances.

· Record and monitor billings related to forwarders and customs

· Record and monitor shipment information

· Prepare request for payment for Customs Final Assessment Notice, Forwarder billings, and other billings related to importation

· Prepare shipment affidavit of undertakings (e.g., National Telecommunication Commission, Optical Media Board, Proof of Payment and Provisional Goods Declaration)

· Coordinate documentation to forwarder

· Check computation of duties and taxes

· Prepare pre-alert file to notify the warehouse of the incoming shipments

· Assistance on the Apple claims document submission

  1. National Telecommunication Commission (NTC)

· Prepare the complete set of invoices and final import permit

· Encode NTC application per serial number level (10 serial numbers per page only)

· Secure completeness of documents with signatures (RFP, NTC applications, airway bill, FAN and SAD)

· Coordinate payment with liaison officer

· Once paid, monitor status of certificate of registration

· Secure filing and documentation of original hard copies

· Application of Import Permit to NTC portal (per invoice and article level)

· Monitor approval of NTC applications and coordinate with NTC whenever required

· Download approved NTC applications per invoice

· Collect details of costing for import permit and serial number registration

· Prepare cost computation for each shipment

· Send report to Indonesian counterpart for recording in SAP

· Submit import permits to DB Schenker for Customs compliance

  1. Optical Media Board (OMB)

· Prepare packing list for uploading to Optical Media Board website

· Process OMB Import permit application

· Monitor and track progress

  1. Preparation of monitoring for monthly reports (landed cost, duties and taxes)

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
  2. 2+ years experience in import/export operations
  3. Proficiency in SAP and customs documentation systems

Technical Requirements:

  1. Advanced MS Excel skills
  2. Experience with customs documentation software
  3. Knowledge of Philippines customs regulations and procedures
