Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle of import and export shipments, including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery scheduling.
  • Coordinate with carriers, shipping lines, agents, and brokers to ensure timely movement of cargo.
  • Prepare, review, and process all relevant shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, IATA rules, and local trade laws.
  • Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Resolve shipment-related issues, delays, or discrepancies through proactive communication and coordination.
  • Identify and lead process improvements in operational workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high service levels and operational standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing responsive, professional, and solution-oriented service.
  • Support audits, reports, and compliance documentation as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Well-versed and hands-on experience in shipment handling, documentation, customs clearance, and transportation scheduling.
  • Preferably a licensed Customs Broker.
  • In-depth knowledge of customs, IATA, and local trade laws.
  • Above-average understanding of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and relevant logistics software.
  • Strong leadership in driving continuous improvement in operational processes.
  • Proven track record of maintaining KPI efficiency and service excellence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
