Responsibilities

  • Design and implement logistics strategies aligned with business goals
  • Oversee inbound/outbound transportation, customs clearance, and 3PL relationships
  • Manage multiple warehouse sites or large-scale facilities
  • Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
  • Optimize warehouse layout and automation systems for efficiency
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and system controls
  • Implement and manage ERP/WMS platforms
  • Monitor KPIs such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and fulfillment rates
  • Lead and mentor warehouse and logistics teams
  • Collaborate with procurement, sales, project, CMO and finance departments
  • Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and performance
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, customs, transport laws)
  • Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
  • Monitor and improve health, safety, and environmental practices
  • Close coordination with Market unit CMO/Logistics, Project, Service, Sales and Finance team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
  • 7–10 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management, with at least 3
  • years in a managerial role
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, WMS platforms)
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities
  • Experience in managing P&L and budgeting for logistics operation
