We are seeking a results-driven Logistics and Warehouse Head to oversee warehousing and transportation operations across multiple sites. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills to ensure the efficient flow of goods and adherence to company standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end warehousing and transportation activities, including resource planning, budget management, and process optimization.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Lead and coordinate both on-site and off-site teams to achieve operational targets and service-level requirements.
  • Utilize SAP HANA (MM/Inventory module) to monitor inventory accuracy, stock movements, and reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze operational performance reports using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, accuracy, and overall warehouse performance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support logistics, distribution, and demand requirements.
  • Conduct regular operational audits to maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Travel to provincial branches as needed to oversee operations and provide on-ground support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in warehouse and transportation management, preferably within a distribution setup.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
