Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Management

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching.
  • Ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency in a fast-paced retail/FMCG environment.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and oversee regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.
  • Implement and enforce SOPs for warehouse operations, safety, and cleanliness.

Inventory Control

  • Monitor inventory movement and reconcile variances.
  • Manage slow-moving, damaged, or return stocks and coordinate proper disposition.
  • Optimize inventory storage and layout for maximum efficiency and accuracy.

People Management

  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including dispatchers, pickers, and helpers.
  • Schedule manpower and allocate tasks based on workload requirements.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure high productivity and discipline.

Logistics & Coordination

  • Coordinate with purchasing, merchandising, retail operations, and logistics teams for timely stock replenishment.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries and ensure compliance with delivery schedules.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and other external partners as needed.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare warehouse performance reports (inventory accuracy, fulfillment rate, shrinkage, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies regarding warehouse safety, security, and housekeeping.
  • Recommend process improvements and cost-saving strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in Retail or FMCG (Non-Food).
  • Strong background in inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Experience handling high-volume SKUs and fast-moving inventory.
  • Proficient in warehouse systems (WMS), MS Office, and inventory tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Makati.
