What You'll Do:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, storage, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement warehouse procedures and policies to ensure efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and perform at their best.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are accurately tracked and orders are processed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards.
  • Ensure that warehouse equipment is well-maintained, and oversee any repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Analyze warehouse performance data and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
  • Handle the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring that all products are properly stored and organized.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and provide leadership to drive operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management or operations, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse and food handling.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
