Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement warehouse and logistics strategies to meet business objectives and ensure the timely delivery of FMCG products.
  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, with a focus on minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate inventory control and minimizing spoilage or obsolescence, which is critical in the FMCG industry.
  • Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing transportation routes and modes to minimize costs and delivery times.
  • Negotiate contracts with transportation providers and other logistics partners, focusing on cost-effectiveness and reliability.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Manage the warehouse and logistics budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse and Logistics Manager in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management and logistics processes, with a specific understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the FMCG sector.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
