We're now seeking a Community & Influencer Manager to lead how PopAI builds relationships, advocacy, and influence across the BPO, enterprise, and AI ecosystems.

Role Overview

The Community & Influencer Manager will be responsible for developing and executing PopAI's community-engagement strategy — cultivating authentic relationships with industry leaders, technology partners, analysts, and subject-matter experts who shape opinion and buying behaviour in our markets.

This is not about social-media "influencers." It's about building a credible network of CIOs, innovation heads, BPO executives, investors, founders, and ecosystem enablers who see PopAI as a trusted, authoritative, and collaborative partner.

You'll be at the heart of how PopAI earns influence: coordinating thought-leadership programmes, managing executive visibility, and amplifying our story through the voices that matter most.

Key Responsibilities

Community Building & Relationship Management

  • Map and prioritise key industry stakeholders — including enterprise CIOs/CTOs, BPO leaders, AI researchers, venture investors, regulators, and trade-body representatives — and design tailored engagement plans for each segment.
  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with these stakeholders through regular dialogue, briefings, and collaborative initiatives.
  • Establish and manage an informal Advisory Circle of industry experts who can act as brand ambassadors, beta testers, or reference voices for PopAI.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to design community programmes that enhance our employer brand and attract top AI and technology talent.

Thought Leadership & Influence Programmes

  • Work closely with the CMO and PR team to plan and execute a calendar of thought-leadership content — including articles, interviews, executive Q&As, and expert panels — highlighting PopAI's vision and leadership.
  • Identify speaking, podcast, and media opportunities for PopAI executives, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with broader brand strategy.
  • Manage outreach for awards, recognitions, and professional rankings that increase executive and corporate credibility.

Social & Digital Engagement

  • Oversee PopAI's professional-network presence (especially LinkedIn, Twitter/X), ensuring our executives and company page are active, authentic, and engaging.
  • Support the CEO and senior team with content and engagement planning — drafting or coordinating posts, replies, and relationship-building online.
  • Amplify third-party mentions and shout-outs; ensure our community interactions online reflect professionalism and thought leadership.

Advocacy & Measurement

  • Create and maintain a roster of advocates and referral partners who can endorse PopAI in their networks.
  • Collaborate with the Events and PR teams to cross-leverage community voices at conferences, webinars, and roundtables.
  • Define KPIs for influence and sentiment — such as mentions, partnerships formed, speaking invitations, and qualitative reputation feedback — and report regularly on progress.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years in communications, partnerships, community management, or ecosystem development — ideally within technology, AI, enterprise software, or BPO sectors.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior business and technical leaders across industries.
  • Strong understanding of how influence works in B2B and enterprise ecosystems — from media and analysts to peer advocacy.
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable representing the company at external events or online.
  • Experience collaborating across teams (marketing, business development, HR, investor relations).
  • Strategic mindset combined with flawless execution and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline (preferred).
