As a Talent Marketing Executive, you will understand the evolving and fast paced influencer landscape and how to create meaningful and positive brand conversations that drive social engagements and cultural currency. You will be responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with KOL's (key opinion leaders) across various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to develop customized influencer marketing strategies that align with their brand's objectives. You will also negotiate rates and contracts with KOL's to ensure a healthy profit margin for In Circle.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To spot up and coming KOLs and social media trends that can be used for In Circle campaigns
  • Be the custodian of ICN talent contracts
  • Nurture good relationship with ICN talents
  • Manage talent inquiries and ensure timely payment from brands

  • Find opportunities to upsell talents

  • Conduct research to identify potential social media influencers that align with our clients' brand values and target audience

  • Identify opportunities for one-off campaigns/engagements of our In House talents with brands outside of our current roster of brands
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing influencers and content creators
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with influencers and ensure all legal and contractual requirements are met
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with our clients' objectives and goals
  • Collaborate with our Growth, Creatives and Project Management teams to develop engaging and effective influencer marketing campaigns
  • Track and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure our agency stays ahead of the curve in influencer marketing
