Job Description

  • Regularly process and analyze Shopee Influencers performance data for reporting purposes, and dashboard creation and maintenance
  • Develop methods for performance and budget projections, targets, and simulation
  • Expected to present output to relevant stakeholders
  • Propose and set-up research plans/methodologies/resources which will help Influencer Team to get crucial and actionable insights to keep ahead of its competitors
  • Conduct desk/white paper researches to augment knowledge gaps during planning or team discussions
  • Report to Influencer Performance Team Lead, and attend regular team meetings

Requirements

  • Has at least a Bachelor's degree of any business/research-related 4-year course
  • Certifications on data science/analytics or on MS Excel as well as other analytics tools is preferred
  • Has had at least 4 years of work experience
  • Experience working in a research agency or data solutions firm is preferred
  • High proficiency in MS Excel is a minimum requirement; familiarity with any data science and analytics tool/software is a huge plus
  • Should be proficient in charting and skilled in creating presentations
  • Able to think critically and outside the box
  • Comfortable in processing, analyzing and generating insights from large sets of data
  • Able to work swiftly, pivot quickly with changes in direction, and meet all deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Displays ownership over one's work, successes, and mistakes
  • Honest, transparent, and has integrity in all aspects of work
  • Emotionally intelligent and with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to be creative operationally and strategically
  • Able to follow directives to the letter and also think for themselves
  • Able to engage with upper management
