Role Overview

The Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist oversees Starbond's influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing initiatives, and ambassador program. This role requires strong communication skills, especially in spoken English, as the specialist will handle phone calls and video meetings with influencers. The ideal candidate is organized, persuasive, and skilled at relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Management

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
  • Build long-term relationships through regular communication, check-ins, and campaign coordination.
  • Conduct video meetings and calls with influencers, ensuring clear communication and strong rapport.
  • Collaborate with influencers on content ideas, campaign timelines, and deliverables.

Affiliate Program Management

  • Manage and optimize the company's affiliate program, including recruitment, onboarding, and payout processes.
  • Track affiliate performance and provide regular reports and recommendations.
  • Improve program conversion through incentives, promotions, and creative support.

Campaign Execution & Reporting

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
  • Coordinate content schedules, product sends, UGC collection, and approvals.
  • Monitor campaign analytics, including engagement, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Maintain organized documentation of partnerships, agreements, and results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, brand collaborations, or partnerships management.
  • Excellent verbal English communication; neutral or strong accent required for calls and video meetings.
  • Proven experience running influencer or affiliate programs.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and CRM tools is a plus.
