To provide administrative and operational support to the Franchise Operations Department by handling documentation, coordination, and communication with franchisees, ensuring efficient franchise operations and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare, record, and organize franchise-related documents such as contracts, agreements, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain an updated database of all franchise branches, contact information, and status reports.
- Process and track operational requests, endorsements, and franchise requirements.
- Coordinate with franchisees regarding operational updates, schedules, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the rollout of new franchise openings, store visits, and other franchise activities.
- Relay operational concerns and updates between franchisees and internal departments.
- Prepare and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly franchise operations reports.
- Monitor and record compliance of franchisees with company operational standards.
- Maintain records of communications, reports, and evaluations related to franchise operations.
- Provide assistance during franchise trainings, orientations, and events.
- Coordinate logistics and materials needed for franchise operations activities.
- Support the team in monitoring performance metrics and follow-up actions.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Franchise Operations Head or management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
