The
Franchise Executive
is responsible for driving franchise growth by managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to onboarding. The role builds strong franchisee relationships, ensures smooth onboarding, and provides ongoing support, while coordinating with internal teams and maintaining accurate franchise reports. Preferably with experience on operations in Food and beverage Industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify and qualify potential franchisees through digital outreach, field sourcing, and referrals to ensure a steady pipeline of leads.
· Conduct franchise presentations, address inquiries, and guide leads through the sales funnel until successful signing of agreements.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth, complete onboarding of new franchisees—including orientation, documentation, and turnover to operations.
· Maintain regular communication with franchisees, provide support, and address concerns to build long-term, positive relationships.
· Submit accurate and timely reports on leads, sales activity, onboarding progress, and franchisee concerns in line with company standards.
