To ensure that the company and its franchise operations adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. The Compliance Officer monitors compliance activities, identifies risks, and implements corrective actions to maintain ethical and lawful business operations.

  • Conduct regular compliance checks across departments and franchise branches.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and government regulations.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective measures.
  • Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing company policies and compliance procedures.
  • Maintain documentation of compliance reports, findings, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor compliance with business permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to address compliance issues and resolve findings.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to the Compliance Head and management.
  • Escalate major non-compliance cases to management for appropriate action.
  • Conduct compliance orientations and briefings to employees and franchise partners.
  • Promote awareness of company rules, ethical practices, and government regulations.
  • Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions based on audit results.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Ensure timely renewal of permits, licenses, and certifications in coordination with Admin and Accounting.
  • Keep management updated on new laws and regulations relevant to the business.
  • Perform other compliance-related tasks as may be assigned by the Compliance Head or management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
