The Brand Head is responsible for leading the overall brand strategy, positioning, and growth of
Aivee Skin
, ensuring it maintains its premium image and leadership in dermatology and skincare innovation. This role oversees end-to-end brand management - from product development and marketing campaigns to customer engagement and sales performance - while ensuring alignment with The Aivee Group's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Development

  • Develop and execute annual brand plans, marketing calendars, and communication strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Strengthen Aivee Skin's market presence through differentiated brand positioning and storytelling.
  • Identify consumer insights, trends, and competitive movements to refine brand direction.

Product & Innovation

  • Collaborate with dermatologists, R&D, and suppliers to conceptualize and launch new skincare products.
  • Ensure product offerings align with the Aivee brand philosophy of science, innovation, and beauty.
  • Oversee packaging development, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.

Marketing & Communication

  • Lead 360° marketing campaigns including digital, PR, influencer, and retail activations.
  • Supervise creative development - visuals, content, and messaging - in line with brand identity.
  • Manage social media presence, community engagement, and digital performance metrics.

Business & Financial Management

  • Oversee brand P&L, budgeting, and sales forecasting.
  • Work closely with retail, clinic, and e-commerce teams to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Track KPIs such as sales growth, market share, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor a team of brand, marketing, and digital specialists.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, PR, and Clinic teams.
  • Serve as brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and aesthetics across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least
    7–10 years
    of experience in brand management, preferably in
    skincare, beauty, or premium lifestyle brands
    .
  • Strong understanding of consumer marketing, digital strategy, and product development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Highly creative, analytical, and brand-driven with a passion for aesthetics and innovation.

  • Experience in luxury or dermatology-related brands.
  • Strong industry network in beauty, PR, and influencer marketing.
