Job Summary:

The Marketing & Branding Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and managing marketing strategies that strengthen brand identity, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role oversees brand positioning, marketing campaigns, digital presence, and public communications to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all channels.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Development

  • Define and communicate the company's brand vision, mission, and value proposition.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, and tone across all marketing materials.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify positioning opportunities.

2. Marketing Planning & Execution

  • Develop annual marketing plans aligned with business goals and budgets.
  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, partnerships).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce creative materials.

3. Digital Marketing & Content Management

  • Manage online presence including website, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Oversee content creation (copywriting, graphics, videos, blogs) aligned with brand voice.
  • Analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools and optimize for results.

4. Brand Awareness & Public Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners.
  • Organize events, sponsorships, and brand activations to enhance visibility.
  • Handle brand crisis communications and reputation management when necessary.

5. Market Research & Customer Insights

  • Gather insights on customer behavior, market trends, and brand perception.
  • Use data to refine marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.

6. Team Leadership & Budget Management

  • Manage the marketing team and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
  • Monitor and control marketing budgets and ensure efficient ROI.
  • Mentor team members to build creative and strategic capabilities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's or MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or related roles.
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful brand campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
