We are seeking a
Brand Marketing Manager
to drive the development and execution of marketing plans, ensuring the brand communicates consistently across all channels and supports key business objectives. The role covers brand and content initiatives, including advertising, digital campaigns, and customer touchpoints, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver timely, data-driven, and impactful marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand and marketing plans that consistently relay the brand story across all communication channels.
- Manage the planning and execution of advertising, digital content, and campaigns to achieve objectives and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including PR, Digital, Sales, Product Strategy, and Finance to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate with external partners, such as brand principals and agencies, to maintain consistency and quality in all brand communications.
- Analyze campaign and content performance data to drive insights, optimize strategies, and improve brand perception.
- Ensure timely implementation of campaigns across retail, digital, and other consumer touchpoints.
- Monitor and evaluate metrics such as impressions, reach, engagement, click-through rates, website traffic, and lead generation to measure campaign effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Has strong understanding of brand strategy and marketing principles, with proven skills in content management, campaign execution, and performance analysis. They are adept at translating insights into actionable plans that enhance brand salience, engagement, and lead generation. The role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to maintain consistent and effective messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
