Role Overview:

Anytime Fitness Asia

is looking for a dynamic 
Head of Marketing

to lead our regional marketing strategy across 
Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand

. This senior leadership role drives brand growth, commercial performance, and marketing excellence across all markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Integrated Marketing Leadership


• Build and execute a commercially focused, creatively strong regional marketing strategy


• Lead digital, offline, PR, partnerships, trade marketing, and brand initiatives


• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to drive growth opportunities


• Manage the regional marketing budget and performance metrics

Brand Custodianship


• Protect and elevate the Anytime Fitness brand across all markets


• Ensure consistency in messaging, brand identity, and member experience


• Drive reputation and credibility with media, franchisees, partners, and external stakeholders

Franchisee & Business Support


• Develop marketing toolkits, playbooks, and training for franchisees and corporate clubs


• Support franchise development with lead-generation and demand-building programs


• Convert market needs into relevant campaigns and strategic solutions

Team & Culture Leadership


• Lead and mentor regional and country-level marketing teams


• Build a culture of creativity, accountability, collaboration, and performance

  • • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Franchise Support, L&D, IT, HR, Finance, and Legal

Qualifications:


• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing


• Proven success in 
multi-market regional roles
, preferably Pan-Asia


• Strong balance of 
brand strategy, digital performance marketing
, and creative leadership


• Experience in franchising or consumer brands is an advantage


• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills


• Data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into commercial results

  • • Prior exposure to the 
    fitness or wellness industry
     (as a marketer or user) is highly preferred
