Brand Marketing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary role is to develop and implement marketing strategies to build and maintain the brand image and equity, ensuring the brand message is consistent across all marketing channels, including social media, advertising, and product packaging.
The major goal is to increase brand awareness, drive consumer engagement and loyalty, and ultimately increase sales.
To collaborate with multiple departments, including product development, sales, and management. Works closely with product development teams to ensure that new products align with the overall brand message and that product launches are effectively marketed to the target audience. Also needs to work with sales teams to develop promotional campaigns that drive sales and increase customer engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Brand Strategy & Development: Craft and implement long-term strategies that build the brand's image, personality, and values, ensuring consistency across all communications.
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research, analyse competitor offerings, and gather consumer insights to identify unique value propositions and unmet customer needs.
- Marketing Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of marketing initiatives, including advertising, social media, digital platforms, and product launches.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams such as sales, operations, and finance, and manage external agency partners to ensure successful project execution.
- Brand Consistency: Serve as the brand's voice and guardian, providing brand reviews for all marketing content to ensure it aligns with the overall brand strategy.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, tracking spend and forecasting future needs to maximize ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends to measure the effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing Management, Business Management or equivalent.
- With at least 5-6 years related experience is an advantage.
- Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
- A strong understanding of market research, segmentation, target audience engagement, and digital marketing.
- The ability to analyse data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- A blend of creative vision to develop compelling brand stories and strategic thinking to translate those ideas into innovative and impactful campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate the brand vision and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.
