Reporting to: Area Commercial Sales ManagerTerritory Development LeaderWhat this role is about

The position purpose is to develop company's business on an assigned territory to ensure sustainable growth of JTI Brands' equity by implementing and executing strategies to acquire more consumers and achieve sales targets. The incumbent is accountable in leading and developing the capabilities of the team to achieve territory growth. They are responsible in managing a team consisting of several Territory Representatives and Assistant Territory Representatives (plus Sales Drivers in some teams).

Works in close collaboration with Field Marketing (FM), Finance and People & Culture (P&C) in managing people, controls, implementing plans and programs and ensuring KPI achievements. What you will do1) Field Coaching and People Management & DevelopmentMotivate and guide the team through individual development plans, coaching, and performance feedback. Conduct regular field coaching, short trainings, and one-on-one meetings to enhance team competencies and territory development.

Manage territory and field force planning to ensure coverage, distribution objectives, and effective team performance.2) Sales Strategy and Business DevelopmentAchieve sales volume, distribution targets, and KPIs within the assigned territory. Collaborate with ASM and FM teams to create territory-specific sales plans, strategies, and identify growth opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and ensure pricing consistency to secure business advantages.3) Control and ComplianceEnsure adherence to company policies on collection, credit efficiency, and accurate customer master data.

Conduct regular trade audits, ensure compliance with return policies, and manage disciplinary actions aligned with the Code of Conduct. Monitor and ensure efficient handling of trade returns and maintain a fair disciplinary process.4) Customer Management (Retailer and Wholesaler)Build and maintain relationships with key wholesalers and retailers through regular visits and business assessments. Negotiate favorable terms with accounts and manage sales performance, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.

Provide timely updates on customer requests and complaints to maintain smooth operations.5) Administrative WorkPrepare reports and conduct meetings to align the team with current goals and share best practices. Monitor allocated budgets, POS materials, and ensure proper management of company assets. Ensure accurate trade census data collection, report compliance, and timely feedback to headquarters.

Maintain data integrity within JTI sales systems and ensure full compliance in report submissions. Who we are looking for

University / College degree2+ years of relevant field sales, distribution, trade marketing experience

Good communication skills - Oral and Written (English, Filipino. Other local dialect is an advantage)People management experience, including coaching/mentoring

Ability to analyze business situation on the ground and propose improvements

Strong analytical skills and critical thinking

Good understanding of digital tools, including usage of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Power BI)Drivers' license (B2 or higher). We have a program to support qualified women, who do not hold a drivers' license
