EMPLOYEE RELATIONS OFFICER:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Employee Relations Officer who will foster a supportive work environment, champion employee engagement, and uphold compliance with labor standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate fair resolutions by mediating concerns between associates and management.
  • Lead and document coaching sessions to encourage and empower team members.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Design and launch employee engagement efforts, including events and initiatives.
  • Organize team-building activities and internal programs that strengthen workplace culture.
  • Propose employee-driven programs that align with organizational objectives.
  • Support company-wide events and assemblies through planning and coordination.
  • Formulate action plans that reinforce company goals and enhance engagement.
  • Improve HR systems and processes to boost organizational performance.
  • Issue timely reminders and preventive measures for potential business risks.
  • Contribute to drafting, reviewing, and implementing company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor regulations and government requirements.
  • Protect confidential employee files and sensitive company documentation.
  • Generate reports, schedules, and materials related to employee support programs.
  • Interview and assess applicants for key roles within the organization.
  • Recognize training needs and help develop staff learning initiatives.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires and automate orientation where possible.
  • Use Google Suite and related tools for documentation, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Design visual presentations using Canva or similar editing platforms.
  • Promote clear and consistent communication across all departments.

  • Knowledgeable in labor law and compliance

  • Laptop/Desktop (min. i3/i5 or equivalent AMD processor, 8GB RAM)
  • Noise-canceling headset
  • HD webcam
  • Wired internet (min. 10 Mbps)
  • Software: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, PDF reader, AnyDesk, Discord, Zoom
