Core Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across operations, inventory, and logistics.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels.
- Support in coordinating order fulfillment, including tracking shipments and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Handle documentation related to inventory, purchase orders, and logistics processes.
- Monitor and follow up on pending orders or deliveries to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain organised digital filing systems for easy reference and compliance.
- Provide general office and admin support as required by the operations team.
Minimum Required Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- With excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in administrative or operations support roles
- Knowledge and experience in Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive for reporting and data management.
- Experience in logistics coordination or inventory management software/tools.
- Familiarity with order fulfilment workflows.
- With basic knowledge and proficient in using Gmail.
- Knowledge in platforms like Fishbowl or Zoho and Hiver or Zendesk is preferred but not required.
