Role Description

This full-time role as a Senior Australian Mortgage Loan Admin is an on-site position located in Manila. The Senior Australian Mortgage Loan Admin will manage and process mortgage applications, maintain client records, liaise with financial institutions, and ensure compliance with Australian mortgage laws. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing loan applications, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Finance and Financial Services skills
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in mortgage processing and administration (loan scenatios, data entry, loan tracking, etc.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Cert IV is an advantage
