  • At least 3 to 5 years experience as Head Chef
  • Preferably has food catering experience.
  • Basic computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel for management and record keeping.
  • Has knowledge/experience in leading a team in food industry
  • Good knowledge of basic HACCP, GMP, Halal, and FIFO.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 3 to 5 years experience as Head Chef
  • Preferably has food catering experience.
