HEAD CHEF – CULINARY TEAM
Lead the kitchen with passion and creativity. We're hiring a Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations, develop exciting menus, and ensure every dish meets the highest standards of taste and presentation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Plan, create, and update menus based on seasonal availability and customer preferences
- Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to maintain high standards
- Monitor food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgets
- Enforce safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in the kitchen
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in menu planning, food costing, and kitchen operations
- Creativity and passion for culinary innovation
- Ability to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
