Job description:

We are seeking a highly capable HR Training & Admin Officer to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our Human Resources department.

HR TRAINING:

  • Identify training and development needs of Sales department;
  • Work with Sales managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results;
  • Organize training materials and oversee training programs;
  • Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to the senior management;
  • Answer employee questions and inquiries related to training and development programs and resolve any training-related issues if they arise.

ADMIN OFFICER:

  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times;
  • Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments;
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems;
  • Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers or other equipment necessary.
