  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of policies, procedures, and guidelines on organizational development and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams and departments to ensure integration of development initiatives with broader organizational goals.
  • Serve as a resource and point of contact for employees seeking guidance on career growth, training opportunities, and organizational change.
  • Adhere to eTap's safety, security, and information security standards.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned.
