Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: Php

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours

Schedule: 2 hours in the morning for responses and 2 hours before evening support, Monday through Friday (EDT Timezone)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities
  • Provide responsive customer support through Slack using clear, professional written communication
  • Monitor client inquiries and technical issues in real time, ensuring prompt responses
  • Troubleshoot and resolve automation workflow issues within the GoHighLevel CRM platform
  • Analyze and interpret client requests to identify technical requirements and business needs
  • Perform CRM maintenance, automation adjustments, and system optimizations as required
  • Communicate technical resolutions clearly to clients, ensuring full understanding of implemented solutions

Requirements
  • Proven hands-on experience working with the GoHighLevel CRM platform and its automation features
  • Strong technical background in IT support, CRM management, or a similar technical field
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional Slack-based customer interactions
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation workflow issues independently
  • Experience with CRM automation setup, maintenance, and optimization
  • Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex client technical challenges
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Detail-oriented approach to technical documentation and client communication
